Ice cream sounds good....
Back from the ortho, always nice to know the guy, get in on a Monday.
Anyway sling for three weeks....that ain't going to happen. Guess I'll have to wear it though when Cheryl is home.
Back in three weeks, concerned about the rotator cuff...hurt that the first time I dislocated it so I can tell from experience no damage, I'm not concerned.
Anyway told me to take it easy, can drive, etc... Just take it easy, that will be the hard part.
Car shows for a couple weeks will be the 55 Chevy, its an automatic.
Already called a guy to mow and power rake the yard in a couple weeks. Really glad I'd done all the yard prep work.
Told Cheryl she was going to have to step it up around the house for a couple weeks.
Of course I turned my bad shoulder towards her when I said it so she couldn't hit me....haha!!
I'll survive.

I just caved.
Ordered all the bits to fix up my 8-1/4” rear diff. So its getting new seals and all the brakes done.
Just over 300 to make all the rear brakes new.

Joey has been PMing me this afternoon about helping with the FABO calendar. Sure, I would be glad to help!

I do have a bit of experience with calendars...:D

I cant like and agree at the same time.

2 hours to discover the stuck door on the dart is the result of the claw pivot was siezed. Fiddling around and poking with pokey tools i resorted to a big fn pry bar and a block of wood. A little groan and its open.
Will install my good latch (lubricated) in and at least it will open. Moved engine out of back corner and will put the lockup 904 behind the 318.
My buddy says one project at a time. I need to make this one run/move. Then the other one.

Ha! I not surprised, my stuff gets picked up and recirculated across the web all the time.

Funniest one was when an Image I did of the rumored new generation ‘Cuda got picked up and was in several articles as a Mopar “leaked rendering” of the actual production car.

I actually had Ralph Gilles of SRT tweeting the image I did of a mythical 2014 Dodge Magnum asking what people thought of it. He did give me credit for creating the image though...

Hahahaha nice

The reason the ‘Cuda image got picked up was because I had built a bit of a reputation as having “inside knowledge” because I created an image of the new 2015 Charger that was pretty damned close to reality (Orange one on the left below, real one in white on the right). How close I got pissed off the artists over at Allpar since I had out done them. Got more than a few nasty responses from them.

After that, I cemented the reputation as knowing the inside of Detroit design when I predicted that the new Camaro tail lights were going to be quickly replaced with ones that looked like the new Vette. This image turned out to be pretty accurate too.

The reality was that all I did was think about what I would do in the designer’s place and created images that made sense to me.

This is why I view everything on the internet through a very different lens than reality.

Oh yeah, and here is the Magnum image I did that Ralph was tweeting...

Although, I did hear from a few friends that worked at both and GM back then that my images were being thrown around and designers were being pushed because what I was creating was better than what they were doing.

iDK if any of that is true, but it tickles me to think that it might be..:D
