Ford, you can rely on a good ford especially if it's a big block or a diesel. It's what real cowboys have.

I saw a Nissan/Datsun truck with Caltrans colors and badges yesterday. Very disappointing. :wtf:

So the panel is going to be a couple pieces. No biggie.
Did one to fix the radius at bottom of window frame. Will be hard to clean up welds, but it will be all solid steel, not rusty metal as thick as tin foil. Then i will weld in patches to eliminate the brass.
The bead roller helped. Was slow enough to steer it how i wanted.
 
Watching hot rods and muscle cars on history channel. Good stuff.

Poll: for those of you that live in town, does your street department just fill potholes or do they fill and then run them over with a roller?
