Just goy back. That car runs like a raped ape now neve drove in a 440 six pack car before.
In the mid 70's, I had a 69 A12 Super Bee...440 Six pack , 4spd, drag pac car... That thing was awesome, awesome, awesome....Got some pics in an old album, I'll have to scan one day , and post up...Sue, would not get in that car again, after her first ride... LOL

Dad would "take the bird for a walk" and he would turn onto rt-83, get it going and nail it from a 20 - 30 mph roll... That 440 six pack with the automatic had a triple kick to it...

First the center carb would go wide open for stage 1, then the kickdown would kick in for stage 2, then the outboard carbs would kick in for stage 3 and you would be pinned back in the seat... Next thing you knew you look down at the speedo and we were already at 90 MPH.... :D

It would be one, two, three and you were gone.... :steering:

Coffee cup is empty. Time to go do a few constructive things, like, get beer money for the upcoming oval track events . Y'all have a great Labor Day weekend.

This last week I have begun to rate my compressor in gallons per day of H2O. It's been insane.

I need to go to the farm stand and get some veggies...

Smell you all later...
Just came back. Watermelon, cantaloupe, Jalapenos, green beans, summer squash, cucumbers, and fresh tomatoes for BLT's. (already gone) Sliced cuckes with onion, dill, vinegar, and sugar. Like Mom used to make. Oh, and the wife brought home a peach pie.
