Stop in for a cup of coffee

I just drove the car around private land and holy cow it has some power.

The 383 in this car is just begging for more TLC and tuning to unleash some big power.

It idles so smooth now with electronic ignition, it just purrs like a big Bengal tiger.

Not me, I’m doing what I usually do...:D

Although it is a fun 60s commerical, the 65 ad campaign just shows how much Petula Clark added to the company as a whole.

Petula Clark is one classy woman who made these cars cool to own.

Well, I would gladly trade places. I have an 8 hour off-site meeting being held prisoner listening to endless stupidity. :BangHead:

I have to say I’m a bit proud of that image. It only took me an hour to find a donor image, convert it to a toon style and then hand paint in all the details and colors to get it to blend with the original image.

This was the donor image...

Had a porchetta pork roast in the oven all aft while making some Christmas wreath deliveries. Also was checking all other houses with my 1251 house number in the area to try and see where my calendars ended up. No luck, but house smelled great and tried gnocchi for the first time as a side dish. All turned out wonderful.

Looks yummy!

No worries about the calendars, check with the P.O. and if I need to send replacements, I will. This time by FedEx with signature required. 3 years of doing this and I haven’t failed to deliver one yet.

Oh I get the feeling that you would handle things right, but also place no blame on you whatsoever. Nothing you could have done differently.

Dave,

The contractor pushed to come out yesterday with his mason. So I had my professional show up as well. I wont go into details yet, but from the contractor caved, when his own mason countered everything he said, and was siding with me.. He left my house with his head hanging. I'm waiting to hear what his decision is now.

So, my driveshaft I bought from another member left Murfreesboro on the 24th. On the 29th it was still in Nashville. Now, 3 days later, it still says the same message. Grrrrrrrr
