Well the weather was so misty/ rainy here, but warm. So I decided, rather than mess around with the A100 seat brackets, outside. I would pull in the D250 Cummins and fix the fuel leak. Started leaking above the fuel filter at the fuel heater adaptor. After some research last week, I found out that it is a fairly common problem. The o ring above the fuel heater gets brittle and leaks. Yup. sure nuff... Easy fix tho. Fuel filter off, Fabricate tool to pull threaded adapter off, Reassemble with new o ring and fuel filter.. Time for a Chocolate Ice Cream Sandwich. I keep em in the garage freezer, with the Deer meat....LOL
 
And it runs!!!!


Started right up with the electronic ignition.

I think this is the original distributor the car left the factory with.

It has is 67 dated, if that is what the 67 means
