But no one replaces headlights with oem because they cost to much..and after market lights are BS. So we're stuck doing what mitch is.
Mitch has a knack for cleaning those up. I recall one set he did before. I've never gotten that good a result
Hell no Pete I don't shuffle real well.
Problem is yellow comes back quick. Good to flip a car but long lasting is not doable
I did my truck lights. Came out like new but it won't last
Someone needs to make just the cover. My headlights are 1k apiece not including a 300 bulb

Reason I'm talking about my truck i was considering trading it in. But only part of my truck that is not almost as new are the headlights. So replace them. Yep 2 grand..nope

What do you use? I've done a few of our cars with the 3M kits for a drill and they came out good. Once the coating is sanded off PlastX works good. Used that last time on the Journey with a 5" pad on buffer.

I am with ya, mine is an old 08 but she is all mine. She is a bit rough around the edges with several electrical gremlins but no show stoppers. 6.7 Cummins. Driving it till she drops!
Well we made it home. It was a long drive today. Our friend was burning lots of oil so we had several stops to make today. He ended up going through 4 quarts of oil today. In all fairness the 65 Impala be drove hadn’t been started since the 80’s and after he got it running he only put 500 miles on it prior to driving it to VT. Here’s a few pictures from yesterday’s show. I liked the sense of humor with the ElDorado
