So finally get the pallet of pellets delivered. Poor kid delivering it. They sent him with a electric pallet jackg. Gets it on the liftgate and as soon as he hits the gravel it sinks. Great 50 feet to go and my tractor wont lift a ton. Took a while to say the least to push it in the shop.

That is the pinion depth that is desired for a good mesh. It is the distance from the end of the pinion nose to the centerline of the ring gear or axels if you will. You will need to shim the bearing face of the pinion gear in order to achieve the designated depth stamped on the end of the pinion gear.

Good Morning Mopar Madmen and Madwomen !!!!

Did you carry them by hand or load some in your loader bucket? I worked at a feed and fertilizer store unloading semi's. 2 semi's worth of 50# bags on a Saturday afternoon. Stacked at least 12 high. No wonder why my back is shot.

We got drama at one of our rentals this morning. Wife threw husband out. In theory I will collect rent in cash. Guessing they are sub letting out garage to yet another family. I get to do a walk thru this morning. I am guessing no less than three families on site. Arghh

Threw 30k into T-bills today... 4.75% no risk.. better than sitting in the bank at .5%.. i am a **** investor a buddy of mine makes a ton doing it.. just listening to him.. Got money from an inheritance.. no idea what to do with it

My girlfriend has a campground. SHe has a quarter mile of river frontage and rents 50' and 100' sites. It always has trauma going on and even people running from the law. One guy broke up with his girlfriend 2 weeks ago and this past weekend got married to another. It all drives me nuts

I don't want to be a land lord. Talking to a friend yesterday, he owns a commercial building but the rules are different there. The bakery is 3 months behind on the rent. He had the lawyer send a registered letter. Gives them a few days to come up with the back rent. Dan will change the locks tomorrow and when that happens, he owns the contents of the bakery as collateral for the back rent. You hate to be an *** but he has given the gal second chances before.
