South. 20 miles from boarderWatch out for forrest fires. Another one burning somewhere near LA? You live north of LA don't you?
I cant see where the ring is, so not sure if my pressure wash got to it. Is that on all 4, or just fronts ? I had it up on ramps and blasted from inside/under the best I could. I tried it when I got home at midnight and again this morning. No problem. So tonight I won’t mess with it and see if I get same result in morning.Abs wont put up codes on the dash, but i gather you already expected that. A lot of the bearings have sealed sensors/ tone rings, washing may not change anything.
We all get thereDid a little damage control on the Duster this morning. Nature is working hard to undo my previous efforts. Filler was bubbled/lifting in a couple places. Just got anything loose off. Wire brush and rust reformer primer. I need to look at my old photos, but am near certain these holes are in metal I replaced. I think I came up just under the body line… Kinda disgusted with this thing.

I've done enough patch jobs, so not a huge surprise. 'rust never sleeps' Just hoped it would last longer. I did repairs many years ago with not even close to the prep work here, and lasted a long time. Gotta wonder if some of the materials just aren't as good with environmentally friendly reformulations. At least I'm not swapping failed drive trains, right? We all get there
