Damn, Sorry. I hovered over the "Like " button but I am not a fan of peated Scotches. Although, I just bought a bottle of American single malt that has just a hint of peat. It is quite good.
I was looking at a The Glenlivet that they now offer aged in American oak barrels

It’s a local distillery here in PA near my house. I enjoy it. I pick up a bottle on occasion to enjoy.
She comes out strong with Bourbon, neat

THey have a few ryes I see. Pennsy Ryes are a bit different but I like different.
Me too. I prefer the Ryes. It’s different but I enjoy them. They aren’t everyone’s cup of tea.

Our new found favorite. A Wisconsin distillery that blends and finishes. This one smells and tastes like Grandma's spice cake fresh out of the oven.
That sounds good. I never had that. But then again I’m in PA and the liquor we have to choose from is limited in our state stores. When I go over to jersey it’s like walking into bourbon heaven in their stores. So many choices!
