I like neat. I never bought good enough stuff to be able to drink it neat. I was a Black Velvet/7 drinker. Not a bad toddy but, better quality spirits/neat is a better option.

This Woodford is good. Back in the day it was Seagram's Seven, then Crown Royal, or Jack. Now that I'm more mature (it's all relative, lol) it's been straight Bourbon. So far my favorite has been Bowman Brothers small batch. Yummy!

Guitars and harmonicas remind me when I was 16/17 years old. There were regular parties at "the Mile", a clearing 1 mile up a dirt road from the asphalt road on South Mountain. We burned a fire, sat around drinking Pabst Blue Ribbon, and folks that knew how (wish I did) played guitar and harmonica. I remember lots of Neil Young!!

I watched the debate last night and had a drink for every stupid comment. My wife turned off the TV. I asked why she did that. She said it’s been 30 minutes and you’ve drank 5 beers and the last question they just raised their hands and you drank the whole bottle at once. I like my beer. Estrella Jalisco it goes down well.

Drove all day. Came home and found ice cube trays MT. Just enough cubes for one drink. Thought to myself, improvise adapt and overcome. I mixed a double figuring no need for cubes in second drink. The math got squirrelly as my mix ratio is 50/50! Summertime Gin and well maybe a splash of lemonade. Note lack of color! Hah!
I got my truck road worthy today!!!! Time to tip a few....

Picked up vermouth today. Never had a Manhattan before. From the way it warms, it will make a great wintertime drink!!
