Something to keep in mind, if you plan on racing at a track you may not pass tech having the regulator mounted on the fire wall.

I’m guessing it must be due to proximity to the bell housing?? Haven’t heard that one yet, I’m running fuel lines on the driver side because the exhaust is taking up the whole pass side. I figured the firewall is the no brainer point for the crossover. We will see, I’ve been to a few tracks around me and there is no “tech” per se.

I don’t plan on going anywhere else as this is mostly a street car, but I would hate to have to re-do lines if I ever went to a drag week (which would be the only real track event I could ever see myself going to)

thanks for the heads up.

On the topic of fuel. I finished the tank wiring and got a -8 fitting in the mail for the return. Weather packs connectors and raychem dr25 shrink if anyone actually cares about wiring hahaha. The two pumps are wired separate because I think I will turn the second on only in boost with a Hobbs switch.

I didn’t have all the lines built to the regulator so moving it now was the better option.

thanks for looking out turboking

Any progress updates?

I wish, I’m not sure what I even posted last, some things got in the way and had to put it up for the fall/winter.

It’s in storage until the beginning of February, then I will start back on it.

Big ticket items left are Wiring+ fixing the back of the car where it hit the pole. Needs to get on a frame machine.

I hear you.
2020 wasnt good to Anyone.
Hoping the best for you.

I have a new project car, and a pile of parts in my Closet.

Looking forward to 2021.
Happy New Year

How do you feel your tank setup will work on the strip ? Thinking about doin something similar but worried about fuel starvation on the launch
