I avoid the hell outta them. We have a Dollar General! ( snooty voice installed)

I think we can have a better forum with less ugliness. Disagreements will always happen, but they can happen without name calling, foul language and hateful speech.

Another day of somebody getting on their high horse, preaching to others all high and mighty but in fact guilty of doing exactly the same thing they accuse others of

That was a 2018 thread. Just drop it Steve. You don't want to go there.

Rude is one thing. When you want to pass judgement on others, call them out for the very same thing you've done. Well you get the point im sure
 
If all us low life people don't take the time to remind all those other low lifes just:poke::rofl: how despickable they really are... then who will???? and they might start thinking they are as high and mighty as as the pretty people!??:lol::poke:
 
To me, going to walmart is like watching cops...sure, its a waste of time, but it always makes me feel better about myself

I just came from my local Walmart, I saw an old coworker and her daughter, daughter sure was a good lookin' gal! I saw another coworker, but I didn't dare call her by the name I knew her by, she's not legal and I don't need to start anything. She was caught and scheduled for deportation a couple of years ago, but that never happened.
 
We've all but weeded WalMart out of our shopping destinations. Even their Murphy gas stations SUCK. They're notorious for piss poor gas quality and almost always in a bad section of town. My biggest complaint when we used to buy groceries there was the total lack of good tasting produce. And it's all because it all comes from other countries, so it has to be picked while it's still green. They spray it with all kinds of chemicals so it'll "look good" on the shelf and that's all they care about. It almost always tasted like a shadow of what it was supposed to. Georgia is the peach state. You won't find any Georgia peaches in WalMart. It's hard to find them anywhere else anymore.
 
We stopped buying milk at Wally World a long time ago. It comes from the Hu Flung Dung province, from poor old cows that eat who knows what!

We get them up here from time to time. Somebody runs a big box truck up here overnight and parks in a lot and folks are lined up to get the fresh stuff. There is a schedule of different locations and email list to track them. Do the same for fresh shrimp, crab, and fish from along the Gulf coast. It's tough getting through a whole box of peaches before they get funky, but we figure it out. Nothing better.

when we first met my wife had this "rogue" hairdo (back in the days that she was only a comic character)

anyway, it was a little chilly so she was wearing her hoody as we got out of the car at a local grocer
as i got out, i saw my buddy tony, so i holler at him "hey, lil tony, whats up man"

he looks right at me, then looks at the wife and turns around and ignores us

i was like, well thats weird, but i didnt think too much of it


so we go inside, do our shopping, and who happens to come down the other end of the aisle?
thats right, lil tony

so i look him dead in the eye, he looks back, then looks at my wife, who now has her hoody off and he starts smirking

i said, whats so funny?

he said, with the hoody on, i thought she was a blonde
i know your wife has black hair so i figured she musta been your side chick, and i wanted no part of that
