I just read about this terrible news. So sorry to hear this.
I've talked with Leanna numerous times since she started her powder coating business in Tennessee and had several items coated for my '69 Dart.
She's a true professional and a good "phone friend".

I didn't know her, and don't own a powder coated part, but I just looked at photos of her work, and it's amazing.

As a 61 year old dude who's seen a lot of friends and relatives get called way before their times, this really hits me. Its always the good ones.

I pray that her daughter Mallory and the rest of her family can find peace and move on, and that her memory may be a blessing to them.

Based on info in the video I found and guessing she was in her early 20s when she got her car (based on a photo in the video) in 91 that puts her at about 53. WAY too young!

I had never had the pleasure of a conversation with Leanna, never meet her, but somehow I just know she was one of those really, really good people.
I have to admit, I have been very teary eyed the last two days. And still am. I admit it.

I never had the pleasure of getting anything done by her, but had occasionally chatted with her online here many years ago. A great person with a passion for her work, and a true gear head personality. I know I still have her first signed poster in it's mailing tube to hang in my shop. I told her I wouldn't open it until I had a shop to hang it in. I'm hopefully going to have power (and heat) done next summer, probably twenty years later, and will hang it proudly.

Rest in peace cudachick, and my condolences to Billy and her daughter at this time.
