Yes, TRW pump out of '67.

Cannot find pressure hose. Anybody know where to get one?

Just rebuilt pump.

FYI........ Edelman 7899 is the complete kit or you can use Edelman 7898 without bearings.

Just received Firmfeel stage 3 !!!

Is the metal ends of the old hose OK? Just how original do you want it to appear? (Because many store replacements aren't)

Now if you'd be happy with this, there's a couple of ways to go......................

We used to cut off the metal ends and silver braze something common like AN / JIC flare ends, then make up a hydraulic hose.

Take something like this, a no 6 JIC and saw off neatly at the hex, ream the inside if necessary to insert your metal end and braze it in:

Then make a hose such as this, no6 AN/ JIC hose end:

Weatherhead and others makes heavy duty compression fittings in different sizes like this:

(I can still remember part of a part number.....Weatherhead 06U-755) which is 5/16 tube...)

With these, you simply cut off the old metal ends, make up a new hose, and insert the old metal ends, and tighten them up

ANY body who makes up crimped hydraulic hoses should know about these.

That is way better than the 2 piece hose they have for replacement.

Thank you!
