i have been able to remove only one of the 4 upper control arm bolts. the others are rusted in place. i have tried to use a sawzall and have broken the blades.

All options would be appreciated.

Have you soaked them in something like PB Blaster. You may have to put heat on them.

The last one I had that was rusted was also rusted in the bushing so I had to cut it out on both sides of the bolt with a torch.

I had to use a torch on mine and replaced them with new ones from napa

Don't forget that you can't turn the bolt to remove them, it has a flat side in the adjuster cams. When mine get that rusted i use a 2 FT. breaker bar on the nut (after penetrating oil of some kind). They either turn loose or snap the bolt.
If the bolt snaps i have always been able to drive it out with a bent punch and a big hammer.
