Urethane Seam Filler

Anyone know about how long it takes for 3M urethane seam filler to cure?
I need to be able to light sand a small section I did on a weld in patch in my trunk gutter before I prime it.....

If you post the specific kind with it's part number, I will use google to find the technical sheet on the product.

Without knowing exactly what you are using any answer from anyone here would just be a guess.
