Dodge trucks are so beautiful.

I'm researching the one I recently acquired.

74 d100 custom with tool boxes. Belonged to the city in its past life. I don't know if the tool boxes are factory or not, they are mounted with the same holes and hardware that the factory step side fenders would have been mounted with.

I remember the show "Emergency" the fire truck was a Dodge...

What's wrong with women on a car site?
No lie back in the day (late 70s early 80s) it was fairly common for women to know how to keep their own car running. I was with this woman who ran her Ford maverick through a large puddle and got the distributor wet ,it was a 6 cylinder car shut down quick. It was after dark but she got out and was saying " the ignition is wet ill get it going" I kid you not she got under the hood in the dark, pulled the cap wiped it out and dried it out and git it going and i just stood there and watched...I haven't seen anything like it since...

The fire engine was a Ward La France from Elmira, NY. A classmate's Dad worked there until they closed up around 1980.
The paramedic unit was a Dodge.

Edit:
Here's the Ward La France used on the show. Apparently there was another truck used in the early episodes.
