I know this thread is 5 years old, but figured no need to make another. So here's the plate on my 74 Duster.

Not exactly a vanity plate on my 06 2500 but I had to give a little extra to get it too. :D

For the last 14 years my still going strong 99 Ram has been TUF RAM. As of this past spring, when I finally got my 67 Barracuda on the road for the first time, it has become TUFCUDA.

Best vanity I've seen- "FUQUE".

I don't know how that one made it through.

Best "natural" I've seen- "F69 UME".

That was given to a friends dad.

I wanted "STING U" for my 70 Bee.

I wanted "20 TASS" (20th Tactical Air Support Squadron), which was the unit I was assigned to in Viet Nam. The VA DMV said no because the letters were "questionable"

Land of Lincoln has brought vanity plates to the extreme. As you see in the picture I have PSNDART in the category EV (extended antique), there many plate categories here in the Land of Lincoln. Someone can have the vanity plate I do in a different category such as a passenger car, AV (antique vehicle), handicap, truck, bike, ect. as long if it is in a different category. So much for vanity plates....

I got real drunk once and started singing an Oak Ridge Boys song on Karaoke. My friends got me a plate for my car that says "ELVYRA". I must be at better singer than I thought!

I saw YAGUERA on the back of a convertible BMW...read it backwards.....or in your rearview mirror? I looked up 65cudaS and it was available in CA 8 years ago.

The only one I've thought about personalized plates for is the '69 Sport Satellite.

TX9DART on my '76 Swinger. For those who didn't know what TX9 was, the story was the car was the getaway car from the Texas Nine. A group of bank robbers back in the 70's. Actually had someone say: "Oh yeah, I remember them."

I once bought a car with COODA as a license plate, The DMV killed the plate for reissue, but, I kept the plate and put in on my dog's house.....his name was Cuda.
