dang i just seen this thread i was reading the 1st page and got all heated and ready for a fight ..... Then i see its already took care of lol i happy to see your getting your lift

So cool that everything has or will turn out. I say finish the story by going back on their FB page and in closure thank those there that helped. It may have been weeks of heartburn abd BS. But somebody got the message and deserve to know you have been taken care of.

Great news, but on the other hand, it makes my blood boil to think that this ''Margaret'' person still has her job.

She's probably now taking calls as "Carmen".
