I guess that's what I am saying too. It's like when you drive down a back road and see a bunch of crazy haired tattered clothing wearing people, misc junk hanging from trees, burning tires and wild dogs in the yard, there may be a family of redneck geniuses living there but you dont dare stop and strike up a conversation.

Why? That thing can clearly be seen from Alpha Centauri. Proof nothing intelligent has ever visited here!
