Normally takes me 1hour 10min to get home from Woodley, and 35 minutes to home from Irwindale.

Right now with lighter Covid traffic, I have traveled to both places, and it has taken me 50 minutes to get home from Woodley, and 25 minutes to home from Irwindale.

So with or without Covid, it cuts my travel time in half.
 
Fall Fling Oct 24, 2020: 25th Anniversary registration opens tomorrow at 10am

At Irwindale Dragstrip, Irwindale CA


We will not take mail-in registration due to time constraints. Pay online or at gate.

*Print your receipt and bring it to the event. They will scan your receipt for simple quick entry. Or you can show the receipt on your phone.

  • $15 general admission (free parking)
  • $40 show cars (includes driver)
  • $40 20’x20’ swap spot(includes driver)
  • $60 Test N Tune Drags(includes driver)
Scenarios:

• 1 show car with 3 adults… Pay for 1 show car ($40) and 2 persons ($15x2= $30) etc…
• 2 swap spaces with 5 adults... Pay for 2 20x20 ($80) swaps and 3 persons ($15x3=$45) etc…
• 4 persons (adults)… pay $15x4=$60​

$15 for general admission ? Hopefully the club wont be asking for that if the show ever gets back to Woodley.
 
I e-mailed Tim and asked if I can register for the race and pay at the gate, or at the office (irwindale is my favorite local track!). I don't buy anything on line, and I hate to use a credit card.
I will post his response .

You can pay cash at gate that is fine.

But drags have the possibility to fill, so have to say that. Just not going to 100% guarantee that for drags.

I can understand the admission fee. The guys that used to run the Wine Country Mopars in Northern CA had their show at Sears Point raceway. Sad thing though....That show should have been huge but the turnout was always very low.

Agree! Thats why i want to register now, and pay at the gate, OR OFFICE. But that option doesnt appear to be available on line.
I am currently out of state , but normally irwindale is local to me. I think i will just go into the office at the track, register and pay.

Can't wait! Glad I saw the announcement. just moved to the Corona area so it's just a short drive now.
 
Swap Pre reg numbers right now project to exceed past 3 Fall Fling shows.

That projects to be well over 110 swappers.

Will be the year 2020’s biggest Mopar Swap Meet West of Carlisle Pennsylvania.
 
Just bought my ticket, looks like it will be a good show
Ill be there with my Valiant(God willin' and the crik don't rise)
 
If this is anything like the Mooneyes Event the line to get in is very long and slow (30-45minutes) so get there early!!
