Thats TEXAS size!!!!!
The electrical inspection is always the tough part. When you do it yourself they always find something wrong with it. Don't worry, at least you'll know it's done right. Soon you'll be able to breathe again and all will be good!Well, i didn't know I needed GFCI outlets on all receptacle circuits. Went ahead and replaced what was needed, and called for another inspection. Inspector said the rest of the install looked good. The electrician is supposed to be here today to wire up the septic yank, as well as relocate the pump house feed to the shop panel. We are now +7 weeks past our original move in date, and the wife is stressing over all of it. Im hoping we can get moved in soon.

It's a pole building built by a local contractor. He only has 5 or 6 people working with him. Super cool guy, and very easy to work with. Anyone in the Puget Sound looking for a pole building, I highly recommend them.looks like a Morton building...
I know its coming, but it seems that light at the end of the tunnel, seems to be a train...The electrical inspection is always the tough part. Good deal, exciting times ahead! All of it will be worth it.I know its coming, but it seems that light at the end of the tunnel, seems to be a train...
Inspection approved this time around. The electrician had just left when the inspector called about my inspection. He even took the time to inspect their work while he was there. So, now its finish dirt work today, and three final inspections, then the FHA inspection...
I moved my severely neglected 340/727 into the shop last night. Today, I'll put my 383 I just bought in there, and move the rest of my motors into the shop. Probably move the Demon in as well.

Mine actually wrote the number of circuits on his inspection sticker...When I did my shop I had the electrician install the panel, one outlet and one light.
When the inspector came over he signed off and said " just be sure you follow code when you finish your lights and outlets"!

too late, LOL!What do you think about starting a poll as to how long it is before you say you should have built it bigger LOL!!!
I say 1 year and you’ll wonder where all the space went. They are never big enough.
Looks very nice and glad to see it’s finished.
The former city inspector and I had some serious differences of opinion on a few subjects before I built my shop.Mine actually wrote the number of circuits on his inspection sticker...
