What Are You Doing To/With Your Car Today?

Had a pretty good day today. Checked all my old style fuses, aimed the headlights first time since build and
troubleshot a turn signal issue with the front left turn signal. Turned to be only grounding, had a ground bar
6" away and grounded the fixture and all by signal problems went away. Left to discover is why with all my fuses
good don't I have interior lights or dome light. I installed a new headlight switch on the build and new bulbs and
door switches for the dome light but I got NADA:-( I think it will be difficult to change the headlight switch in a finished
dash, may look for more grounding issues. Suggestions welcome:)

Went to a show today in my WRX. Came home and decided I would beat the rain and fired up my Duster and took it for a nice cruise. My car is no show car for sure but looks decent and sounds great. I cannot tell you how many people wave and give me the thumbs up while driving by. The best is when I see someone walking and they stop and stare at me cruising by. I've decided I'm going to take the chrome off and get it to a body shop this winter for a color change back to F8 Green. Anyone know a shop in CT preferably close to Shelton?

I gave the ol girl a bath today. Next weekend is Mopars on the Mississippi. I think I'll put her in the car corral and see if I get any nibbles.

Mine is in a car hauler waiting for either going into a car resto shop or for me to get my shop built. Yesterday I put new desiccant in the trailer and yes I said hello to my lonely girl : )

I had my red color custom mixed but the car was born the 67 factory red color.

It's not really red at all....
It's a lighter orange at the front faded back into Hemi orange. I added a TON of gold pearl to both colors and then a little gold pearl in the first coat of clear also. It looks pretty crazy out in the sunlight.

Are those late 70's/early 80's truck/van wheels?

I have a set just like them on my 1980 D100.

4.5 and 4.75 bolt pattern (but NOT Uni-lug)

...and they have non Mopar MFG stamps, but are factory equipment.
