What Are You Doing To/With Your Car Today?

Yesterday our car club hosted our first cruise-in at a local coney island. We had more than 30 cars show up. Included in the cars was not 1, but 2 Demon 170s (owned by 2 club members & brothers-in-law). Attached are a few pictures

Thinking about assembling the Mopar to HEI Conversion with full 12 volt E-Coil > no ballast resistors required.

I'll take the 72 Demon please!

While replacing the driver's side front caliper on my truck (04 Ram 2500), noticed that the sway bar end link bushings were gone. So, put these in.

I know it's not everyone's favorite but I helped a buddy put the front end of his Camaro back together yesterday. New subframe, steering and brakes. That's my buddy taking a break with my favorite cold beverage.

It's just going to be a nice cruiser. He ain't got the need for speed. I'm not sure what's up with all of the Coke? I'll have to ask next time.

Coke would be an improvement over that, uh, stuff you call beer. :poke:I've only ever had one, and that was one too many. But I had it at Steve's house, so at least I had it in the proper setting.

Doing the rear brakes on the neighbor's van.

Finished up so they can get to work in the morning.

Another great day in Florida...lol.

Took both cars to a local cruise today. My wife wanted to drive the avatar so I of course said..."Sure!" Gave her a quick lesson on the Cheetah shifter and the 727's RMVB and off she went. She LOVED driving it there and home and wants to do it again. Said she might take my place at the track! Maybe that would be the key to getting a 10.9x out of it?? She'd probably be better on the tree (that's not saying much!).

We got there early to make sure we could park the cars together as the lot fills up quick. Good times!!

******* Nasty !!!!! You Rock!!

Nothing too big on the Duster but I used some Dupli-color vinyl dye on my Daytona floor mats. They came out good, the test will be how well they hold up.

Not exactly working on the car, but I'm on the second day of arranging photos and deleteing duplicates from my computer. I've got years worth of car photos in various files where they ended up when downloading from my phone. It seems like they never end up in the right file or the same file every time when I download from my phone. So now, I'm putting them in folders where I can actually find them when I need to refer to them.
