Heck YEA! LOTS OF PICTURES!!!! We love pictures of anything motorized. Old wooden boats, Chris Chrafts are awesome!
You asked for it, Theresa C. Built in Alameda Ca. in 1933
She was the #1 boat at the San Fran boat show
She must have been very beautiful, all wood, mostly hard wood.
The roofs seem to be redwood
I removed the old fiberglass, sanded, patched all the holes, applied new fiberglass and paint.
Then inside, that's the sanding upsidedown thing.
This was a month ago, before patching.
As it turns out, the motor is a Chrysler 4 banger from the late 70's I think
Had a little problem with the seawater side of the cooling system, plugged full, fixed it, them went for a cruise, 2 hours no problems!!!
As far as Compound bows, I love them, instead of drawing a re-curve bow (force increases as you draw to aim point) the pullies on a compound bow give you some advantage (just before the aiming point the draw force goes down by as much as 50% IIRC) This allows you to aim better, hold longer for that shot and gives a kick like no re-curve can.
Most compound bows have an ajustment for the draw force.
And most shooters use a release instead of their fingers.
I've been shooting for near 40 years. Oh crap, am I getting old?
Guess I better quit snowboarding, NOT!!!
