Front steer, but based on the things missing listed above, it's probably a track car.
No radiator? Engine?

Looks like it has a rack & pinion.....Nothing wrong with that hmmm
No drivetrain
Ok, I should have added,aside from the obvious like mentioned above, what is wrong on the car.

Bam, we have a winner. I bought a front tag bracket from a member here, and when I went to put it on, the damn thing just didn't fit right. So I rode over to a friends house to look at his 67 Barracuda with a tag bracket and that is when I discovered that fact. Here is a after picture.
That was fast, I thought it would take at least a day. You guys know your Shart!
Now can you tell me what tag that is on the front of it?
Inner fender wells different? Undercarriage from different car?
That is a RMS front suspension with Wilwood disc's.
