:supz:I was raised in the Dodge brand since I could walk in the 50's, and was pumping gas by the time I was 10 years old. Back in 1969 The guys with money always had the Darts, GTX's, or chargers. The Belvedere/ dusters were low priced basic grocery getters or racers.my wife would ride a bus before she would drive a Duster. They had terrible rear vision, and rode pretty poor compared to a nice dart. They had a terrible back seat, as I spent enough time in the back of one. They were good cars but cheap by the standard of the day. Darts cost more, but still had a strong following. Today a Two door or four door dart will always sell for more than a valiant in the same condition. Compared to how many sold, there are more darts still around then Dusters. That is the way it was, and is. The same went for the E body. Women loved the Challenger, which is why it outsold the Barracuda by a wide margin. The 70 Barracuda believe it or not was considered homely, and women drove that market. The Challenger had a longer back seat, and wheel base. it drove nicer, and was considered an upgrade. Today Barracudas are worth more only because there are less of them. For a reason. I still love the Duster 340, as it kicked the chevy all over the planet. But it was made to do one thing, and it did it well.In Another 10 years, the GTS will go way out there in value, and the Duster will struggle in comparison. As time goes by the more expensive models always pull ahead, no matter the brand. So, This opinion is from a guy that drove a 67' GTX brand new, and drove muscle cars daily when they weren't worth anything at all. I loved them then as much as today. I have six Dodge darts, one Duster.
Just my humble old guy opinion.
