Can you imagine the look in someones face once this heats up and starts smoking like crazy...the smell wouldn't be too good either. Probably think the car was on fire.

It looks like water, definitely a staged video, but a funny clip just the same. So no engines were actually damaged during the filming of this video. They always use water for gasoline in the movies and TV when pouring it out of a can to start a fire.
Yeah, it's probably a lot more volatile than the crap they sell as gasoline these days .....
