I would have at least power washed the engine bay, although the date coded grease and oil patina is worth at least 5 grand

Did original tires only last 12,000 miles? As I recall, they went 25 or 30,000 back then. If so, then I would question the truthfulness of the claimed 12,000 original miles.

I'm guessing the 50 years of aging is the bigger issue.

early A bodies are not that sought after. BUt it is a survivor car if it is original 20k is reasonable price But with less than desirable car it may take while to find a buyer. If the seller is willing to wait may be able to get double the asking price to right person
