Did you find the serial number on the frame? That will get you the correct yearHere's one of many; 51 or 52 Dodge "Job Rated" (51 or 52 depending on the VIN or title). Back then, year-end left-overs were re-titled for the next year.

I had my truck totally pulled apart, stripped the frame and never found any numbers. However, TXDOT has verified the number on the title and the number on the block match.The numbers are not easy to find but most are on the driver side of the frame just behind the bumper bracket and before the shock hanger. If you use sandpaper you will more than likely lose some of them
