Only thing I dislike about my car is it drinks too much fuel....now if I would had kept the 2.45 gears and not installed 3.91's it would had helped, lol
I guess I'm lucky. So far, everything I didn't like about my car, I was able to change to something I did like. Being able to register it without taking out a mortgage would be nice though....Anyone check their DMV fees this year as compared to last year? I forget.....why do we need to register our cars every year? Did they forget who owns it?
1. pulling up to a red light and sitting next to a brand new challenger and looking over and expecting some sort of nod, or acknowledgment of the historical heritage or lineage, then realize that the person behind the wheel of the challenger has no clue about that at all.
me too on the other side of va.but maybe we need to keep it quietCant believe some of you have to pay that much to register your vehicles. I pay a 1 time DMV fee of $50 when first registering as antique. That's it , no yearly fee's, property taxes, inspections, blah blah !!

$67 to register your car? Over here in the land of Aus I have four cars and the valiant charger is the cheapest to register at $750. My Falcon XR8 ute is the dearest at $1400 to register. Every time I take my charger out I find someone saying "Hey Charger" with the 2 finger salute! This was the advertising slogan when the Valiant Charger was released here in 1971 and the older of our species all still remember it as it was one of the most successful ad campains ever. I have friends with ninety thousand dollar HSV holdens and when I ask them can you go to a service station (GAS STATION) and fill up does it produce a crowd telling you nice car mate and what is the specs on it , they say no one says that to them. I just tell them if you want some attention just buy a Valiant charger!
I wonder what Nova owners would think if we all started saying "NICE DUSTER!" to them. Do you suppose they'd feel insulted or complimented? ....
