That’s wildthat picture looks like me yesterday, i came back from a few hours of plowing and went to plug in the snow covered cord of the plug heater
luckily, it only runs on 110 so it was just a little buzz
(im gonna replace that dangler with one of these, mounted in the bumper, to keep the snow out)

In the company I worked at used a 240 V masonry saw we used to wire our own breaker in the panel. So 1 day my boss owner of company sales he will install breaker. So to keep the saw head from jumping you put one hand on the metal handle and turn saw on with other hand. WACK hand was thrown off saw and twitching. One of the very few times I’ve ever went nuclear on a boss green is ground not black. seen that a few times, guy doesn't always get off ok. anytime we de-energize something like that we install a steel rope indicator across the wires to show they're out.I worked with a crane operator when I was doing freeway construction. ...
Don't forget........that stuff burns.........
You mean like Gosh darn shucks gee whizz anywayeeks
electrical is one of those things i dont mind messing with...but i will double check EVERYTHING before i do it
luckily, i grew up on 220, so getting zapped by 110 doesnt really phase me (get it? get it?)
musta been about a decade ago now, that we were doing some rewiring at the church
i was up on the rafters, maybe 25 feet about the ground, one foot on one beam, on foot on the other
it was my task to cut out and remove the old wiring
of course, i was assured the wires i was cutting were dead
i got right about half way to the middle of the auditorium when i got one that wasnt dead
i was able to keep my footing, but i had to go back to recover my side cutters...and i may have uttered some words thereunto not heard in a church
