i have found a company fairly close to me that makes molds and then builds product. they can build me a fiberglass hood with cowl induction or any scoop style i want for $300. they will need my hood for a mold. but finished product is 300. will make me a direct connections style spoiler like the one in the picture for 40. the mold will cost me 100. but after that i can get them for 40 dollars. same with like dart sport style scoops. 100 mold then 40-50 dollars. they made the hoods on my cousins camaro and chevelle. nice products. i am seeing if there is any interest in spoilers, hoodscoops etc. here is a picture of the style spoiler- i love these on any duster or dart sport, demon:
please let me know if there is any interest. located in southern missouri..

I believe there is a company that makes those spoilers out of fiberglass already

i know but this place is local. keep my money in helping the locals. make nice quality stuff. have never found a place to get a light weight cowl or 6pak fiberglass hood for $300 and not have to pay shipping. it is just a thought. like the dart sport scoops that are selling for $280 on ebay. why not pay the 100 for the first mold and then have access to them for 40-50. just getting opinions. that is a good deal. but i do understand that companies like mas does carry them. thanks for your input..

i may be interested in a dart sport rear spoiler if they are $40 for my boys dart sport.

That isn't a DC spoiler. The DC one had no divits for screws. It was smooth.

no problem, they are good looking. MAS makes them. I will say, the DC one looks even better, but finding one is impossible. Trust me, I know. :)

there is a guy on this site that posted he had a brand new one in the box still. even posted pictures of it and the box. damn shame he would not sell it.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I thought MAS was belly-up? Anyone else making the duck tail for the Duster/Demon/Dart Sport style decklid?

I'd like to check into getting a DC-style spoiler for a '67-'69 Dart trunk lid.
Any interest anybody?

A while back I was looking for one as well and MAS had the ones for the Duster/Dart sport/Demon, but not listed on their site. From what I remember the price was very reasonable.

1) Does MAS have a website? If so, can you post it? They were the source I was looking for to get a 1 piece front end for my Javelin. 2) I can't vouch for the DC piece, but the A fastback spoiler listed in the later Mopar Performance catalog did have the dimples for the screws along the edge of the decklid. Has anybody ever tried the Jav/AMX ducktail spoiler to see if it works?

Got one? (I ask 'cause I don't remember seeing on up there) We could try it. I know a certain young man looking for a ducktail.

If someone had a real deal dc spoiler than a mold could be made from it.

I don't want to sound like a know it all but this is not correct, all the original direct connection pieces had the divots for the screws/bolts. the one you posted a picture of is a dc spoiler but it's the one on the dustAAR, and in the article about that car they said they filled in all the holes and divots to make it smooth and mounted it from underneath the deck lid.

I always liked the look of the trunk spoiler on Charlie Allen's Saddleback Dodge '69 Dart funny car

I have original DC front & rear spoilers still in the boxes in the overhead of my garage. Haven't looked at them for years so hope the heat hasn't gotten to them. The rear spoilers were made to fit the 72-up deck lids with the rib. My 70 & 71 decklids are ribless but now have a 72 deck lid so may actually get used one of these days.
