The most powerful is Tilley's in Aussie land. There was a dyno graph on .org of his slant six where it made over 600hp.
The only other one might layton...
I have had powder coated sprayed on plenty of my car parts that have rubber in them. Works fine. Rubber will not melt below 800 degrees. Powder only gets to 350-400.
Who needs a chrome solid motor mount for a slant 6???? Seriously??
Why not just weld two flat plates to the rubber mount that tie the top and bottom together(one on each side) and be done with it??? Makes it solid and would be a lot easier to make and anyone can do that in their garage in about 15 mins.
Just saying.....
I fixed it for you. The responses are not negative....they are exactly what he ask for!
Twister - Much better design. Now you are getting somewhere. Can you give us a shot up the collector like the pic in your avatar??(also a picture of the collector on the back three.) You can always slice...
A well designed thought out system does not need a band aid like a diverter. You need the diverter because you cobbled together the wrong size pipes and did not even bother to try and streamline the system. Look at the hyper pak set-up. Look at the effort the engineers at Chrysler went to to try...
Why not duplicate this as a stock replacement??? in tubular form of course. Right size pipes, right shape, smooth transition....everything a well thought out exhaust needs!

Here is a good thread over a Moparts that started today. You might get some ideas on where to head next.....
Posted by Dodgegirl - your wife??
"I'm pretty sure he's asking $350 for it including shipping (in the U.S.)"
Why let it die when you are getting feedback??? Give us some update pics and maybe you will get some feedback....
So does it not seem feasible that a system that looks just like the stock manifold but bigger pipes would show a small gain....for $350???? Nine dollars less than this??
Look at how each pipe is point straight down the collector when they merge. There is a big reason they are made that way...
