Just got off the phone with them. Not too nice at all. I guess I have to send them the bolts i want replaced then they will send the right ones back to me. what a freaking hassle. Probably won't use their kits ever again.

If its just a small block nothing crazy there is not much wrong with going with a 904.

I have never had a problem probably ordered bout a dozen times in the last year and every single order i have gotten a tracking number in one day. stuff happens and i am sure its just a mistake

That is funny you say that about the intake bolts i was looking at my kit and it looks like only half the intake bolts are there. The kits are not cheap and you would think they would have this down. I emailed them but got no response. If I don't hear something tomorrow i will call them...

I bought a kit for my 73 340 and the timing cover bolts are all too small in diameter. Anyone have this problem before? It does not look like the threads were repaired some of the bolts on the lower portion are even too short.

what year car do you have my 69 had the same sizes. maybe the heater core was messed up.

If it is a cross flow alum rad i used a 73 charger top hose and it worked fine on my 69 dart

after installing the tray you will not be able to get to the main bolts. Install the main bolts just as 72 demon said 45 65 then 85 and then install the tray. Make sure you have the special main bolts or you will not be able to install the tray.

I just put mine on a 340 i am building. The main cap bolts are special for the ones with the tray. There are holes inside the main bolts to bolt the windage tray to. They are 1/4 -20 x 3/4. My book didn't have a torque spec but i am sure if you snug them tight they should be fine. I put...

Although you may not have the sprocket seated all the way. What i had to do is tighten the bolt slowly without the fpe so i could get the sprocket seated more and then put the fpe on then the retighten the bolt to spec

I use sand paper. wrap it around the filter and turn it as hard as you can. been doing all my oil changes like that for years. Works good and is easy when you can not get a tool into get a hold of it.

I will be at the show in july. Obviously no car because it is a long haul and my wife and i are going to boston, nyc and nj before we get to carlisle. Should be fun cant wait!
