Those look really good. Do you think that 'silver' color is close to 'light argent'? I'm using a RMD aluminum dash insert in my '69 Dart and am thinking of painting it 'light argent', but I really like that 'silver' color of your dash.

Biggest issue is adequately reinforcing the floor at the bucket seat mounting points. There's different places, including eBay, to purchase the correct shape floor reinforcing plates or you can just make your own and weld them in. You DO NOT want the seat mount bolts pulling through an...

Snake - The reinforcement plates are available from a number of sources, including eBay. They need to be welded to the floor. Don't install buckets without them. Even with washers behind the nuts, they could pull right thru the floor in case of an accident - not a good thing.

In my old '69 Dart race car, we simply took out the rear seat, replaced the cardboard with a metal bulkhead per NHRA rules, and carpeted the floor and bulkhead. Looked good and clean. You can haul a lot of groceries in that area if you're just running on the street.

I had one of those on my old '69 Dart 340 Swinger in the early 70's. They were made in the late 60's-early 70's but had 4 holes in each spoke if I remember right. I don't think Superior has been in business for quite awhile. Nice period piece.

The 'lower' part of a '68 setup actually is a separate part. It forms a shelf on the bottom of the dash. Not part of the upper pad at all.

Don't forget to make sure you've welded some reinforcing plates where the new bolt holes are just like the factory did for original buckets. You don't want the seats to pull through the floor in case of an accident.
