    Yeah, when the car is hot it happens thru the mid rev range. Also noticed that when I jump on the throttle ant high revs it wants to die (sounds like a fuel issue) Have changed all the leads on it. MSD Blaster Coil is near new. There's no ballast resistor on this set up.

    I'm running Quickfuel 750 Double Pumper on it. Ignition timing is at 14 (I think?) Yeah I've got an old MP distributor on it.

    It's been there for ages. Its usually once the car is hot and above 1,500rpm on the throttle. Doesn't do it at low speed or cruise.

    My pleasure. I have recently dropped the car about 2" on the rear and the 275's did rub on the really thick lip on the guard but nothing a die grinder didn't fix. Now I've got plenty of room under there.

    Absolutely! Want to make sure everything is sorted before I do anything else. Pistons are down the bores around 70-80 thou, flat tops and 84cc heads milled down 50 thou. So I reckon it would be roughly around that.

    Thanks for the advice. Yeah, its got MSD Streetfire. So far its worked really well. I'm going to sort that timing out first and get it back on dyno for a good tune and check the plugs and I'll take the old girl out again and see how she goes..

    Yeah, the rear end is really stiff and I need to get to the track and muck around with it more. It was spinning the boots. It was my fault as I was doing mega burnouts with the Drag Radials. Yeah, I'll fix the timing issue first as well.

    My Duster comes in at 3600. Damn heavy. Quickest I've run is 13.10 @ 106 but need to get more timing into it and for it to hook up properly. It's spinning the 28" ET Drag Radials.
