Hi Folks 1971 Demon with Hi Rev 7500 4 pin box and single ballast. I have a NOS Accel coil from 1999 with a measured primary resistance of 1.2 ohms. Will the system function as designed if I use it? (I forget the number, but it is not the plastic Super Coil) Thanks FABO

I can't see where that would be any better. For one thing if you should happen to have any problems you won't be able to walk in the corner parts store and have a chance for getting replacements very easy.., id rather have the original for that reason. If anything go to an HEI with the stock pickup

Some of the time Jim ran the car it was a stick, super hard to do. I think a B or RB will be comparable to a small block, but harder to get there. I’m REALLY looking forward to seeing it finished.

I wonder if the valve covers and intake manifold are going to be the same color as the block and head or maybe a different shade of green to tribute a dollar bill for it's cheap theme?

Nice looking pan. Need a bushing? I am sliding the RB/727 under the car this weekend so I will be able to test fit the bracket I have. Geometry looks good for angled mount on tail shaft. Crossing my fingers.
