I've seen "Exempt" and "N/A" on titles, so "Void" wouldn't worry me too much. As said, after the car reaches a certain age they don't bother putting in the mileage anymore. If it still concerns you that much, take it in to your DMV and ask; they should know, they're the ones who issued the title.

Update, no way I can get the bowls to seat with those seals, I tried 3 in 1 oil, grease, dish soap, I tried putting the seals on the tube first and pushing in the bowls, then I tried pushing the seals in the bowls first and trying to insert the tube, there is literally a good 1/2 inch of space...
