Lately my car has had a fuel delivery problem. Its fine for about the first 10 minutes. Runs through the gears just fine shifting at 6500. By 15 minutes or so at about 5000 it falls on its face and then recovers in a couple seconds. I figure this is when the fuel bowls empty and not refilling...

Which is better. Stock wire type or snap ring. 2316 pistons. I have both. Wire type came with new pistons. Snap ring type where on old pistons also 2316. The old saw 7000 rpm and some nitrous and never failed. Never had experience with wire type. Thanks.

I'm looking at some King rod bearings. They say they're alecular alloy. Will these hold up in a 10 sec. bracket engine or should I spend the coin on some race type bearings. How do they compare to a Tri-metal bearing. Engine is 10.5 to 1 440 running pump gas.
