how to remove the steering wheel?

Hi Guys, the position of the pitman arm was done the same way the old one was. That´s not the problem. Possibly because of an aftermarkete steering coupler and no play in the new box....as said before i´ll check alignment this off-season (going racing 3rd of october, no time before that). Thanks...

Modify a Magnum for LA rocker gear oiling ?

would be great if somebody can put up a link for the PRW LA-Type Rockers that are usable with PR Oiling.

Modify a Magnum for LA rocker gear oiling ?

just for your information: some manufacturers rocker gear (LA) can be used with pushrod oiling. So no modification at all necessary with the proper rockers. For example: Mancini Racing Aluminum Roller Rocker Arm Kit Michael

Indy 360-1 Cylinder heads on small block LA's

no, they are 18 degree heads just like production heads. Only thing to consider is that these are closed chamber heads - can´t run a domed piston (must be flush with the deck or you have to adjust with the gasket). Michael

Indy 360-1 Cylinder heads on small block LA's

old heads were cnc´d procomps. New heads are 360-1´s as cast, not cnc-ported. They were then hand ported by a good guy i trust, i wanted it this way because i had concerns regarding them leaking as many do with the big cnc port.

Indy 360-1 Cylinder heads on small block LA's

Hi Dwayne, no unfortunately not. I´m pretty sure the weather now was not as good as back in fall of 2023 when it ran the previous best. It seems i had too big expectations, have to tune the new combination to reach full potential.

Indy 360-1 Cylinder heads on small block LA's

yeah, you´re right. The 1/8 mile numbers are 6.612 @ 104 mph, before it was 6.661 @ 103 mph. I do run a sniper, have to check the logs what´s going on AFR-wise.

Indy 360-1 Cylinder heads on small block LA's

good morning, back from a weekend at the track. We had decent weather, not the best conditions but at least dry. Track was good. Engine / Car ran good, it feels definively stronger in the upper rpm range - pulls to 7000 hard. I got 5 runs with the first ones all over the place, had to adjust...

360 Magnum with Trick Flow heads, what gasket kit?

Fel Pro 1008´s are a good head gasket choice for this setup, also the 1213´s for the intake. Regarding the timing chain cover Fel Pro TCS 45284 should fit. Michael

    Post your 10 second combo

Hi Samanthasen, where are you from in the netherlands? I´d say a demon with a healthy 493 should run low tens / high nines for sure. I´d suggest another converter (higher stall speed) and more rear gear. The cylinder heads are ported? If not, then there is a lot of potential....TF270´s would...
