I think the old Lincoln welder I had on the compnee truck had 2 30A 110v outlets built in. My place is close to a lot of farm ground and parts of the local oil patch, some of which still used internal combustion mechanisms to power some of their pumps. I frequently heard this noise that sounded...

Would like a good diesel-powered generator but my little 5,000 Watt gas is working good enough for now. As long as I can keep the water lines from freezing and some heat going, I'm good. Ho! and my coffee pot.

    New(er) Dodge aka Ram trucks.

2023 2500, 6.7 Averaging just under 19 mixed city and highway. That is doing the math, not using the calculator in the truck. Truck says just over 19.

    VR-200’s…… AGAIN…….

I already asked, I understand why he won't show them, probably doesn't want to get into a flow bench battle with the naysayers. Some things are better left to themselves when it comes to custom work.

    M72HV bottom plate

So you have a rear sump pan? If not, you can’t use a cover with the pick up on it. Edit: while I personally love the dual pickup and mine is going back together with one they really don’t do much until 7k plus rpm. It might be 6500 or a bit lower if you are still using a 50 grade oil. That...

    Old is when?

The last time you had to replace the shallow well water pump in your crawl space it took 2 hours including the trip to the hardware store to buy a pump and last weekend it took a day and a half to do the same job. 64 sucked but 74 really sucks.

Can you share some head information? I'd like to see the flow numbers at .400", .500", .600" along with the intake valve diameter, throat dia or % and the port length and CC's if possible

    67-69 Barracuda differences

You can also put 69 trunk trim and taillights on a 67 by drilling a couple extra holes. I did this for a while, then went back to the 67 setup. The 67 trim covers the extra holes.

    Cam Experts: Lobe Separation Angle?

Effective compression ratio is measured from the time the intake valve closes to TDC. I have to do the math again but I think my engine is 12:1 measured but it’s only 9:1 effective compression ratio. DCR changes with load, VE, temperature and such.

    67-69 Barracuda differences

I don't think anyone has mentioned this yet, but the 67 dash pad is unique; not flat on top, but with a small ridge. The steering wheel, tach and radio are not stock, of course. The pedal dress up was added a couple of years ago. Not visible in the photo is the 150 mph speedometer I swapped...
