    Transmission won't go in reverse.

Well, for sure you are going to want to look at linkage first (carefully ). And also check the fluid level after shifting into each gear, and make sure to check in neutral. Any foaming, or weird noises to report??

Anyone know where these bolts come from?

Those go right in the very center of the trans, geographically. The quality of the build depends on their positioning within the forward direct sun ring.

    Tf-727 Forward clutch drum

I would have some polish it on a lathe (so its spinning) the same as you would do a crankshaft to get the RIGHT surface before i would work on individual spots with emery paper. And yes, GTXJohn is telling you the right answer.... it would be different if you were talking about a part thats...

Changing crankshaft bearings with the engine in the car.

So.... low oil pressure just might mean the crank needs turned. Otherwise your new bearings wont last long nor bring the pressure up to snuff. Id pull it and look everything over with a mic.

I wonder if any level of stress on the steering shaft (like in and out) jockeyed the turn signal cam somehow?? Or maybe even just knocked some fuzz on it?? Id hit that area with some compressed air before doing much else.

Who knows about 5.5 hp governor Honda power??

Emglo is a pretty solid manufacturer....maybe they have website or other support for the motor. I would think Honda documentation would be easy enough to find too....but you wanna make sure the model number is exact.
