My daily driver is down... I'm in pretty desperate need of a carb for my 72 Dart, with 225 and automatic. I prefer Wichita area, just because it's close and I could get her going quicker, but if anyone has one on the cheap, please lemme know. Thanks!!!

Well, damn. I just got offered a 383/727 combo for $100, and decided I needed this setup to go along with it. Especially since it's green. Guess that'll teach me to dawdle. Oh well, here's a free bump anyway.

Well, I drove the ole girl to OKC, and prior to that, a few trips to work. bout 400 miles total, and the antifreeze level never changed. So, I replaced the new Made in Israel thermostat with a quality unit made in America and problem solved.

I'm thinking about putting a pertronix ignitor in the 72 today before I head home to Wichita. Just thought I'd see if anyone around wanted to lend a quick hand.

I thought that too, but both heater hoses are hot, telling me it's circulating. I can feel pressure and flow in both hoses. I'm beginning to suspect my thermostat. I had thought my temp gauge wasn't working, but today it came up, and I turned on the heater. it was nice and warm. Perhaps...

Heater control is broken, and all four side markers have been replaced with stick-on reflectors. (Classy, right?) Not sure what all years are interchangeable. That'd be good info to know tho..... These items don't need to be pretty, they just need to work for now. Pretty will come later...
