22 champion radiator and champion 16 inch single fan question

In the same dilemma with my car. Although not a Champion radiator and my fan and shroud is from Jegs. Glad this thread was resurrected, or I may not have found some useful info so quickly.

What tire size will work with a 15x8 front wheel?

It is small for sure. Here it is on my 15x4s... as you can see it's too wide of tread width for my wheels by the sidewall bulging. I goofed up on ordering after about 4 hours of finding/ordering parts. Was too close to Mopars in the Park to send back. Had mounted to get me by just for the show...

What tire size will work with a 15x8 front wheel?

I have these on my fronts, and although they are too wide for my wheels they'd be perfect for a 6" wide wheel, while keeping the front end down swith a sorta raked look if that's what you're after.

Post your wheel and tire combos.

1974 Plymouth Duster Front Jegs SSR Spike 15x4" 1.75" 195/50/15 (not staying with this size) Stock Front Suspension Rear Jegs SSR Spike 15x8" 4.5" 275/60/15 7.25 rearend, stock /6 springs(as far as I know) in stock location with wannabe coilover shocks, 1" spacers. Yes an 8.75 is coming.

Mopars in the Park 2017 Farmington MN

We did last year, that's why we wanted to bring the golf cart. I just can't do the walking a car show requires.

Nope, Yellow and Black 74 Duster parked by the big THA Demolition & Excavation trailer. That yellow PW was gorgeous though.

Mopars in the Park 2017 Farmington MN

I stopped by and told you that your trucks was the coolest sweptys I've seen. Scruffy beard, glasses, on a lifted yellow cart.

    73 Duster/Dougs headers/360/Power steering

Thanks for the info guys. We had talked about getting some thinner plate steel, notching it and sliding it in to shim the mount(s). I have seen the Flaming River & Borgeson u-joints.... they are insanely priced though. Certainly not my first choice.

I have an unnatural interest in the /6

After I got my Duster a few years ago, which was my first real introduction into classic Mopars mind you... I began to read more and more about the /6. I'm diesel guy first and foremost, so I have a real love for in line 6s. Who cares if this one leans to one side a bit? Lol I have much to learn...

    ELECTRIC Ingersoll Rand tools?

Yup, that was another thing to consider. Batteries and battery chargers since most of my stuff is Milwaukee it really does make more sense to go that route.

    ELECTRIC Ingersoll Rand tools?

Yup that is the plan as well. Just wanted to ask around on the several automotive forums I'm on to get the biggest sampling of opinions. I love my Mac tools but we do not have a local Mac truck anymore so I have to consider that for getting batteries or warranty work etc. Most of my electric...

    ELECTRIC Ingersoll Rand tools?

Just curious if anyone has tried any of their electric tools? I know they make a solid air tool, but curious if these are just rebranded junk, or are they as good as their air tools? Is it possible they are actually designed and made by IR? I'm asking because I'm in the market for a cordless...

Must be Mopar night in Scottsdale...

As far as too many Vettes and Z/28s, etc. I love Mopars but I'm no stuck up elitist. I'm a gear head. Even if the cars aren't something I'd buy I do love learning about them all and I can certainly respect a well done car. Regardless of make or model.

Must be Mopar night in Scottsdale...

As far as I'm concerned she can work the entire show. :D

    Any Model Railroaders here??

Yup, that's exactly how after looking at my "new" locomotives I'd have described the scale differences between an HO and a Hot Wheels car. On another note the Santa Fe unit is a Tyco and the others are labeled as Playart. Still an entry level brand I assume? These particular trains are roughly...

    Any Model Railroaders here??

So can anyone who has multiple scales, in particular HO & November and anything in the smaller scale stuff possibly take a picture of them next to a hot wheels or Matchbox car to give me a better idea of size?? Just trying to figure out which scale I'd like to get an entry level set in. From a...
