I noticed that the brand new pitman arm I put on my wife's 67 cuda has "up and down" play. I purchased another brand new one (next to impossible) and it is sloppy as well. Is this a common problem on 67s? Maybe why that's why mopar changed the pitman arms in 68 huh. Thanks

anybody here running these heads? If so did you have to clearence for 3/8 pushrods? I have a set of correct length rods but the 3/8 dia is rubbing on the bottom of the pushrod "tunnel" just on the intakes. Didn't know how much I could clearence before ruining heads. Even though they're junk...

Ok, need some help. I took out the manual valve body in my wife's 67 Cuda and put a stock valve body in it. The car starts out in second gear, shifts great to third. Dies not downshift at all on it's own even after a complete stop. It shifts great manually. Any suggestions?
