Try some 1/8 melamine/fiber board, use a fabric or carpet from where ever. The biggest challenge will be to secure them to the sides. Use some cardboard to make templates, I used some Cardboard to make my speaker box fit tight before the carpet went on, now that it's on it is really tight.LOL...

Well if you can stay in it, I'd bet the ET and MPH's would be where you want them. A little gasket matching shouldn't hurt I'd think. Make sure you won't run out of Revs with the new gear on the top end and You should be good to go if you can run it out.IMO Tom

I have the same carb, came with a sweet DVD that has all that info in it. I've had real good luck tuning it so far. Pretty simple, the only thing tough to set is a happy medium on the electric choke for all weather situations. Mine came with some secondary springs for tuning and clear sight...

If it was preloaded it would be on the tires full weight on the bushings. Back everything off and see if your suspension comes back. Then do a proper alignment. Someone correct me if I'm wrong but I think your suspension is in a state of bind from being tightened without the weight of the car...
