Both inlet/outlet tubes on the core are 5/8 as this originally was a /6 car. But just wondering if the water flow mattered coming into and out of the heater core...that's prob what I should've put originally, sorry.:)

I have a Champion 22" 4 row in the Valiant....keeps it pretty cool, sometimes the temp guage creeps up a little bit but I think that's the thermostat sticking. So far I'm satisfied. Running a 14" pusher elec fan stuck to the fron of the radiator.
