This is what needs to get replaced. If you are handy, you can likely make these earlier ones work. You may want to give Roseville a call to see if they have the later year version.

The wire connects both right/left side track latches, so that when you pull the latch with the handle, it releases both latches at each rail. The later bucket seat track design, locks the seat by way of catching only at one rail.

Question for 73 and up rear plastic sail panels. Can someone tell me if the rear side of the sail panel edge get tucked under the rubber window seal? The headliner gets tucked underneath, so this make me wonder if the sail panels do as well. Thanks for any help on this.
