you don't need to weld your TTI's. If it is a fresh engine, they recommend you not to use them during break in. however, I have.

Joe, I did the TTI exhaust with the turn down ends on a '71 Duster, they were just like that. I think they look great BTW.... Car is looking great.Looked at the build last night.

On my Valiant '69 I had to shim the motor. It has PS. They fit perfect otherwise. I can't comment on spool mount never done a set.

Have you looked at TTI. I used there exhaust kit on three cars now and they fit like a glove. Reasonable priced and sound great. I think they have the best muffler hangers. Good quality stuff. That's what I'm gonna use on my '67 Cuda. I just gotta see or figure a way to mate it to my Dougs headers.

The 90* adapter I believe is crap. I took mine off. Just because engineers come up with something doesn't mean it's always right. Heck they do things on modern cars that aren't always correct. It will not hurt your engine if you leave it off.

Do the headers they are worth it.

I would re-coat the TTI or buy another set of TTI and sell of your old set just my .02.

I'm buying a set of TTI's in the next couple of months. I'll be REAL careful not to scuff them on installation. Yeah, good luck it's so tight down their your bound to get some scuff's.

Again, remember your engine is suppose to sit offset I think it is 2" to PS and from center of crank bolt 5 1/4". You might have to use shims. I know I had too, just so everything would be to spec.

What brand, I have TTI and they give you very good instructions that you must follow,Ie...shiming your engine if necessary you will probably have to raise your engine up a little to get d.s. on.

Do yourself a favor spend the $$$ and buy the TTI had them on all my car's. No headache's. Built to last.

Go with TTI I use them on all my cars go on in a 1/2 hour look quality it's the best!
